Synopsis: Good Monster EXP – read post. Only thing that beats this is UN5 (drops 5x 100m dragon / 99 stamina), but that is a whole half hour mess on its own when this whole LTD is an half an hour long meant to be ran multiple of times.
If not hungry for monster XP, you can just wait till 7 stamina Intensive Training to stock up on 3x30m XP dragons.

100,000,000 current team XP [BEST SCENARIO = 235,000,000 XP + fuse GREAT/SUPER bonus]
Rate: 235,000,000 XP per 150 stamina (with using leveling slot) or
Rate: 90,000,000 XP per 150 stamina (in drops, no leveling).
EVENT SPEED FARM
Rate: 90,000,000 XP per 7 stamina (event / no leveling slot / on color fuse)

Synopsis: When 7 stamina event it is effectively 150/7=21x more efficient. I don’t have Shizuki :c
Also has same stamina/x2 XP event.
When no event – decent Monster XP, however less time efficient vs X Metal Dragon-Supergravity and less loot efficient vs UN5. Also can’t coop or you lose 100m XP from the dungeon. Better to wait for event.

Can coop for better efficiency, but best during reduced stamina event. Better rate that Super+ Points Cave, but keep in mind that 99 stamina can also get a you ~999+ in the rotating collab colosseum or more in Arenas.
